To implement China’s energy revolution strategy, promote the sustainable development of the coal industry, and enhance the role of technology in driving high-quality industrial growth, the China Coal Processing and Utilization Association, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Lanzhou University, and the People’s Government of Wuhai City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, will jointly hold the \"2019 Western China Coal Chemicals High-End Forum and Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Conference\" on October 30, 2019, in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia. Coal-based hydrogen production and hydrogen generated as a by-product in industrial processes: technologies, technical economics, investment opportunities, and prospects for the 14th Five-Year Plan (hydrogen production via coal gasification, hydrogen production from coke oven gas, hydrogen generated as a by-product in the chlor-alkali industry, propane dehydrogenation, hydrogen produced as a by-product of ethane cracking, etc.) ; 6. Analysis of the impact of the hydrogen energy industry’s development on China’s energy production and consumption system ; 7. Analysis of domestic and international hydrogen purification technologies ; 8. Thoughts on Establishing a Hydrogen Storage and Transportation System in Our Country ; 9. Current production status and technological processes of coal tar-based novel carbon materials and coal-based acicular coke at home and abroad ; 5. Current Status of Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Tar Products and Exploration of Value-Addition Pathways ; 6. Exploration of a path for the high-quality development of coking parks and coking industry clusters ; 7. Advances in the technology for preparing carbon materials and asphalt-based carbon fibers from coal tar pitch ; 8. Recent advances and development strategies in the resource utilization technologies of coke oven gas (such as for the production of methanol, ethylene glycol, natural gas, hydrogen, ethanol, etc.) ; 9. Introduction to the latest technological advancements in the deep processing of medium and low-temperature coal tar ; 10. Case Studies on the Operation of Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Devices in Coke Ovens ; 11. High-efficiency desulfurization technology for coking without desulfurization wastewater, enabling energy conservation and emission reduction ; 12. A conference fee will be charged, with the rate being 2,800 yuan per person for member organizations, and 3,500 yuan per person for non-member organizations ; Accommodation and transportation costs are to be borne by the individual.
