Project Overview and Scope of Bidding 2.1 Project Name: Regular Electrical Testing and Calibration Project for the Coal-to-Methanol Division of Gansu Huating Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. 2.2 Project Location: Huating City, Gansu Province 2.3 Bidding Method: Open bidding with post-qualification review 2.4 Project Overview and Scope of Procurement: The main items to be procured under this project include preventive testing of 190 10KV overvoltage protectors in the coal-to-methanol facility ； Inspection, testing, and maintenance of two 110kV lines ； Tests and cleaning related to 1# and 2# main transformers ； Inspection and maintenance of two oil-transformers (Substation 168, Reservoir) ； Electrical safety tools are subject to regular calibration every year ； Live cleaning of busbars and control cabinets ； Maintenance of emergency generators ； Testing of 10KV high-voltage cabinets at substation 62 of polypropylene plants 322 and 321 ； Protection calibration of 60 microcomputer-based protection devices in the 10KV high-voltage cabinets of the polypropylene plants 322 and 321 as well as substations 10 ； Preventive testing of 90 overvoltage protectors in the high-voltage cabinets of substations 322 and 321 of the polypropylene plant ； Lay 9 electromagnetic flowmeters and 6 vent valve feedback control cables. Service period: After the contract is signed, the specific start date will be notified by the tendering party one week in advance. The duration for the regular electrical testing and calibration tasks is 15 days, while the installation of the feedback control cables for the new electromagnetic flowmeters and vent valves takes 60 days. 3. Qualification level requirement: Bidders must hold a license for installing (repairing, testing) electrical facilities at level 3 or above. 2.
