On September 17, 2019, a public announcement was made regarding the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment for Ningxia Runfeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s light hydrocarbon industry chain and hydrogen comprehensive utilization project (Phases I and II). Ningxia Runfeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 320,130 million yuan in Area A of the Linhe Comprehensive Project Zone in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base to build the \"Ningxia Runfeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Light Hydrocarbons Industry Chain and Hydrogen Comprehensive Utilization Project\". “The “Light Hydrocarbons Industry Chain and Hydrogen Comprehensive Utilization Project” of Ningxia Runfeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is constructed in three phases in accordance with the principle of one-time planning/phase-by-phase implementation. Phase 1 involves the construction of production and auxiliary facilities such as raw material pretreatment systems, propane dehydrogenation (PDH) units, a research and development complex, wastewater treatment systems, and utility systems ； The second-phase project involves the construction of a polypropylene (PP) plant along with associated auxiliary facilities ； Equipment and supporting auxiliary facilities for the third-phase project construction. http://img.yf116.cn/image/img/20190927/1658366111668.jpg The environmental impact assessment applies to phases 1 and 2 of the project, with a total investment of 1,844,540,000 yuan.
