On September 25, a modular technology agreement was signed for the first denitration unit, marking new progress and breakthroughs in the modularization of this project’s denitration section. Engineering modularization is an advanced design and construction concept; a large portion of the construction work is carried out in manufacturing facilities, which makes the construction quality more controllable. It also reduces the amount of work required on-site, thereby shortening the project construction period and lowering costs. During the meeting, the project team members and the manufacturer discussed aspects such as process requirements, scope of supply, principles of modular design, design plans, lifting plans, transportation plans, assembly plans, performance evaluation, on-site service, and document delivery. Based on professional standards and regulations, a technical agreement was signed. Subsequently, the heads of each modular specialty discussed the specific plans with the manufacturers, clarified the division of responsibilities among the specialties, and established the principles and approaches at the technical agreement stage. Modular work is one of the key priorities for the project department this year; it is a measure taken to foster change and promote development in line with the company’s requirement to \"reshape the engineering sector\". The signing of this technical agreement has enabled Tianchen Company to gain valuable experience in the field of modularization. The project team strives to standardize and streamline modular design, drawing on Tianchen’s experience to provide guidance for similar projects in the future.
