Duan Yongsheng, the company’s deputy general manager, announced that the zero-discharge project for high-concentration brine has officially commenced! The high-concentration brine zero-discharge project, for which construction has begun, has a total planned investment of 330 million yuan. It employs a process that includes pretreatment, pre-salt separation, membrane concentration, and selective crystallization, with a treatment capacity of 200 m3/h. The project includes zero-discharge equipment as well as associated facilities; the entire process is expected to be operational by the end of 2020. The final outputs of this system are recycled water and crystallized salt.
