This is the first piece of equipment to be installed in the new special fertilizer project, marking the entry of this project’s construction into the equipment installation phase. The high-efficiency cyclone dust collector is a high-performance version of the traditional cyclone dust collector, improved through structural modifications and enhanced functions. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional cyclone dust collectors, such as easy dust accumulation and secondary dust generation, and features strong operational stability. It is understood that the high-efficiency cyclone dust collector being lifted this time is 13 meters tall, 2.7 meters in diameter, weighs 10 tons, and requires a lifting span of 70 meters. To achieve precise positioning, the new special fertilizer project team arranged two cranes for the lifting operation: one 280T crawler crane and one 25T truck crane. The lifting process began with the crawler crane carrying out the lifting, while the truck crane assisted in making adjustments. They quickly and smoothly aligned the high-efficiency cyclone dust collector, after which the crawler crane lifted it to the roof of the 48-m-high installation structure. It was then lowered slowly through the pre-arranged opening, with the installation crew making any necessary position adjustments before it was finally placed in place. The lifting operation proceeded in an orderly and efficient manner, lasting a full 9 hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; eventually, the six high-efficiency cyclone dust collectors were successfully installed in place.
