Zhongtian Hechuang Achieves Industrial Production of Polypropylene Specifically for Non-woven Fabrics / Author/Source: Sinochem New Network / Date: April 24, 2020 / Clicks: 6. On April 15, Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. used a new hydrogen regulation process to achieve industrial production of polypropylene resin PPH-Y40(S2040H) specifically for non-woven fabrics, with a production capacity of 40 tons per hour. In the development of new products, the company found that there was a significant difference in melt index between its flagship polypropylene product K8003 and the newly launched K7726H in March. Products with melt indices between these two grades, used as specialized polypropylene material for Eisai’s non-woven fabrics, are in high demand in the market. Zhongtian Hechuang has taken it upon itself as a social responsibility to contribute to epidemic prevention; it has taken immediate action, organized efforts carefully, leveraged the strengths of its technical team, and accelerated the development of new products. The technical staff overcame challenges such as the high risks associated with the trial production process and the difficulties in developing new products; by staying closely focused on the site and working closely together, they finally succeeded in developing this product. This product differs from the polypropylene resin PPH-Y40(S2040) specifically designed for non-woven fabrics available on the market in terms of its manufacturing process. The S2040H product replaces the traditional additive degradation method and is manufactured using a new hydrogen regulation process; it features no odor and low costs, making it the most sought-after polypropylene product on the market with extremely significant economic benefits. Next, the company will closely monitor user usage, promptly address any feedback issues, further refine user needs, and enhance the product’s market competitiveness.
