I’m looking for information on the temperature measurement principle and structure of high-temperature radiation detectors used in acid gas furnaces. Does anyone have such materials?
We use an infrared thermometer.
Is a high-temperature ray meter the same as a high-temperature infrared thermometer, with a temperature measurement range of around 1000°C?
The infrared light received from the object under test is focused by a lens and a filter onto the detector. The detector generates a current or voltage signal proportional to temperature by integrating the radiation density of the object under test; in the electrical components connected thereafter, this temperature signal is linearized, the emissivity range is corrected, and it is converted into a standard output signal.
