Based on the actual conditions of their industry, they reviewed and approved the \"Draft Regulations for the Standardization Committee of the Gas Separation Equipment Sub-committee\", establishing the principles for raising and using funds for the development and revision of group standards. They also clarified the procedures and methods related to such standard development and revision, providing a basis for future work. The meeting appointed Han Yisong, the chief engineer of Hangzhou Oxygen Generator Group Co., Ltd., as the chairman of the Standardization Committee; it also appointed Jin Tao, a professor at the School of Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University, and Lin Binbin, the chief engineer of China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., as vice chairmen. Xu Jianping, the secretary-general of the Gas Separation Equipment Sub-committee, was appointed as the secretary-general of the Standardization Committee, with the secretariat located in Beijing. In his speech, Chairman Han Yisong introduced the composition and characteristics of the Standardization Committee, emphasized the importance of formulating group standards, outlined the working principles and key objectives of the committee, and put forward requirements for future work. Han Yisong pointed out that the membership of the Standardization Committee for gas separation equipment includes equipment manufacturers, universities, end-users, testing institutions, and other national standardization organizations. Its scope covers areas such as cryogenic air separation, petrochemical equipment, and pressure swing adsorption equipment. It takes into account factors such as large and small enterprises, domestic and foreign-funded companies, complete sets of equipment and their components, as well as key equipment and control systems. Thus, it possesses strong representativeness and authority, laying an organizational foundation for future work. The committee should fully utilize its functions to develop applicable group standards in areas where there are shortcomings such as product quality, safety, energy efficiency, and intelligence, thereby promoting high-quality development within the industry. The meeting discussed and approved the proposals for establishing three industry standards, drafted under the leadership of Hangzhou Oxygen Generator Group Co., Ltd.: the \"Technical Specifications for Intelligent Control Systems of Air Separation Units\", the \"Hydrogen Turbine Expander\", and the \"Key Points for the Safe Operation of Air Separation Units (provisional title)\". The conference called on all relevant entities in the gas separation equipment industry to actively participate in the development and revision of group standards, so as to jointly contribute to the standardization and regularization of the industry’s development and to achieve high-quality growth.
