On April 14, surveyors from the Engineering Management Department went to the MMA project site to measure the boundaries of the land to be used and to mark stakes, marking the official start of construction on this new MMA project. The MMA project is a large-scale chemical project launched by the Puyang Industrial Park after many years. It utilizes China’s first-ever ethylene-based process technology, thus paving a new pathway for producing MMA by combining coal chemical feedgas with petrochemical-derived ethylene. Upon completion, the project will enable the Puyang Industrial Park to gain unique competitive advantages in the MMA industry. It holds great significance for the park’s sustainable development, industrial chain expansion, and transformation toward higher-value-added chemical products.
