The external dimensions of the upper cylinder of this thermal catalyst tank are Φ7000mm×22350mm, the lifting height is 12500mm, and the weight of the equipment to be lifted is 120 tons. The completion and improvement project for the first phase of Yulin Energy Chemical Complex is a key initiative aimed at implementing the requirements set by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to \"enhance the demonstration effect of the comprehensive utilization projects for coal, oil, and gas resources in Jingbian\", as well as the goals of Yan’an Petroleum Group to \"change its business model and adjust its structure\". With an investment of 14.413 billion yuan, this project will use coal and natural gas as raw materials to build integrated facilities capable of producing 1.8 million tons per year of methanol, 600,000 tons per year of olefins from methanol, 400,000 tons per year of polypropylene, and 300,000 tons per year of low-density polyethylene/Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer (LDPE/EVA). The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2020; by then, Yueneng Chemical’s polyolefin production capacity will increase to 1.8 million tons per year. This is expected to boost annual sales revenue by 7.338 billion yuan and profits and taxes by 2.1 billion yuan.
