This achievement created favorable conditions for the subsequent construction of process pipelines, electrical systems, and other related components. After assembly, the three air coolers of this project weigh a total of 55.377 tons. Before the lifting operation began, the project team organized safety and technical personnel to provide safety and technical instructions to the on-site operators, requiring the lifting operators and rigging staff to carefully inspect and verify the crane and rigging equipment. During the lifting process, the operators followed the construction requirements strictly to ensure that the entire lifting operation was carried out safely and in an orderly manner. Shandong Minghua New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in December 2010 and is a subsidiary of Shandong Minghua Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. The company’s current facilities include one hydrogen peroxide production plant with a capacity of 90,000 tons per year, another hydrogen peroxide production plant with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year, one facility for producing 50% formaldehyde at a capacity of 44,000 tons per year, and one facility for producing nitrobenzene at a capacity of 10,000 tons per year. The company has over 170 employees, and its main products include hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde, pyridine, 3-methylpyridine, etc. The project for producing high-end chemicals through the extension of the methanol downstream product chain will be constructed on the available land within the existing plant. Using p-xylene and methanol as raw materials, an alkylation reaction is carried out under high temperature and pressure using TATD-1 catalysts installed in fixed-bed adiabatic reactors, to produce crude p-tert-butyltoluene; this substance is then refined through distillation and crystallization to yield high-purity p-tert-butyltoluene ; The design capacity is 20,000 tons per year of p-toluenetetracarboxylic acid. The heating and wastewater treatment facilities for the proposed project will be provided by Shandong Jinmei Mingshui Chemical Group Co., Ltd ; The process reaction generates waste gas and non-condensable gases, which are collected through pipes and sent to the existing thermal oxidation waste gas treatment unit for incineration; the resulting exhaust is then discharged through an exhaust stack 50 meters high in compliance with regulatory standards ; The acidic wastewater at the bottom of the tower is first treated by the plant’s wastewater pretreatment system (iron filings reaction + hydrolysis acidification + aerobic treatment), followed by the Minghua Group’s final water treatment system (A/SBR). Once it meets the required standards, it is discharged into the park’s pipeline network; from there it goes to the Zhangqiu Second Wastewater Treatment Plant for further treatment before being released into the Zhangqigou stream ; Hazardous waste such as spent catalysts is sent to qualified hazardous waste treatment facilities for centralized disposal. The total investment for the proposed project is 321.522 million yuan.
