The ultra-low emission renovation project for boiler flue gas at the power production center of Qianyuan Energy & Chemical Company passed the acceptance inspection. On May 28, in accordance with the relevant regulations regarding environmental inspection, Qianyuan Energy & Chemical Company invited experts from the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment to conduct an inspection of the ultra-low emission renovation project for the 2×150t/h boilers at its power production center; company leaders and relevant environmental management personnel accompanied them during the inspection. The expert group first visited the company’s power generation facility’s desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal units, control room, and online flue gas monitoring and analysis room, where they conducted a thorough on-site inspection. Through methods such as comparing relevant data, observing operational processes, and asking questions, they gained detailed insight into the technological processes involved in achieving ultra-low emission levels as well as the operating conditions of the equipment. They checked various operational parameters of the online flue gas monitoring system and the desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal facilities, including temperature, pressure, pH value, voltage, and current. They also examined the emission levels of key pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and dust. Subsequently, the expert group went to the conference room to hear a report on the progress of the desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal project. The members of the expert group reported on the inspection findings respectively, affirmed the environmental benefits brought about by the project construction, and pointed out the matters that required attention. Following a comprehensive evaluation by the expert panel, it was determined that the project to upgrade the flue gas emission control systems of the company’s 2×150t/h boilers in its power production facility has passed the acceptance tests. This lays a solid foundation for the company to receive subsidies related to lower electricity costs in the future, and it provides a strong guarantee for reducing costs and increasing efficiency, thereby helping the company to meet its production and operational goals for 2020. It is understood that the project to upgrade the flue gas emission levels to ultra-low levels for the 2×150t/h boilers at the company’s power generation facility began in July 2019, and the facility was ready for trial operation by November 2019. At present, the efficiency of desulfurization, denitration, and dust removal meets the requirements for ultra-low emissions, with all three types of pollutants in the flue gas being discharged within specified limits.
