The company strictly implements its annual plan for key safety and environmental protection tasks, focusing on becoming a \"Level 1 Enterprise in Terms of Safety Standardization\" and a \"Grade A Enterprise in Environmental Management\", and continuously conducts self-inspections and self-corrections in accordance with the relevant standards. In terms of safety, the China Chemical Safety Association was invited to conduct three training sessions on establishing the company as a Level 1 enterprise in terms of safety production standardization, and measures were taken to address the issues identified during those trainings ； It promoted the new Work Safety Law to reach the workshops and teams, thereby raising safety awareness among all employees. It continuously improves its scientific and technological management systems, and makes steady progress in initiating scientific and technological projects as well as applying for intellectual property rights. Throughout the year, the company launched 53 such projects, and 7 utility model patents were granted in total ； Promote the comprehensive utilization of deeply dehydrated and dried gasified fine slag, implement projects such as new energy installations in distributed photovoltaic power stations, and carry out technical upgrades to reduce residual carbon in boiler fly ash, in order to improve the overall carbon utilization rate ； Actively cooperate with the Southwest Chemical Research Institute to accelerate the progress of the pilot plant project for producing methyl acetate via dimethyl ether carbonylation ； Pilot operation of wired upload of real-time database, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and on-site inspection data at Binzhou Company has been implemented ； An intelligent vehicle management system for the headquarters logistics entrance has been established ； The optimization and upgrade of the advanced process control (APC) systems for 5 boilers at the head office and 3 boilers at the Binzhou plant were completed.
