These facilities include systems for recovering residual coal and sludge, along with systems for crushing and transporting such materials; a system for precisely activating coal gangue; a PLC control system; and equipment for measuring and packaging the finished product. The project is capable of processing 2 million tons of coal gangue per year. The similarity in the composition of coal gangue and soil, particularly the abundant organic matter and inorganic nutrients in coal gangue, endows it with advantages for use in fertilizer production. Furthermore, the adsorption, cohesion, and ion exchange properties of coal gangue fertilizer itself contribute to improving soil structure, enhancing soil fertility, and reducing the hazards caused by heavy metals.
