Production, shipments, plant operation rates, and output of new products all set new historical highs. In the first quarter, the three production bases delivered outstanding results, showing strong performance in both production and sales and kicking off the year on a positive note. All employees at the Naxi production facility worked through the Spring Festival to ensure continuous operation of the plants; the daily output increased by 17% compared to the previous year, while the plant load during operational hours rose by 12% on a year-on-year basis ； The daily output of the drum spinning workshop at the Nanning facility increased by 11% on a year-on-year basis, while the plant load during effective operating hours rose by 3% year-on-year ； The daily output of the high-tower unit at the Jiangjin facility increased by 13% on a year-on-year basis, while the unit load during operational hours rose by 10% year-on-year. Since March, the three production bases have been shipping 5,000 tons of various compound fertilizer products per day on a continuous basis, setting a new record of 8,000 tons of raw materials being processed and shipped per day. These figures reflect the further improvement in Jiuhe Company’s overall capabilities in terms of brand image, installation skills, safety and environmental protection, as well as marketing, and they also indicate new achievements in the company’s high-quality development. Over the past three years, Jiuhe Company has intensified efforts to upgrade its manufacturing facilities, investing over 50 million yuan in these improvements. New equipment such as palletizing robots, plate coolers, and bag filters have been installed at its three production bases, while devices like dryers, coolers, and forklifts have been upgraded as well. The fully upgraded production bases are now full of vitality. Luo Shengbing, the head of the production department at Jiuhe Company, said, “Over the past few years, each manufacturing facility has seen changes every year; after three years, there have been significant transformations. The safety risks at these facilities have decreased, and environmental hazards have been eliminated.” ”The changes brought about by technological upgrades and innovations have not only led to significant improvements in aspects such as the working environment, product quality, conditions for handling raw materials and products, product structure, and production costs, but have also facilitated cooperation with leading companies in the same industry. This year, Jiuhe Company will continue to boost the production capacity of its facilities, and make steady progress in the construction of the 500,000-ton compound fertilizer plant in Ningxia. The construction of the first phase, which involves 300,000 tons of production capacity, will accelerate from the second quarter onward, providing further strong support through intelligence and automation to ensure stable production and supply.
