The furnace for the optimization and adjustment project of the new surface flare system in the Yueneng Chemical Plant project was successfully installed – Author/Source: Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. Date: 2022-04-15 Clicks: 13 Recently, the fourth furnace cylinder of this project, which was overseen by Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully hoisted into place, marking the completion of the furnace construction. It is reported that each incinerator weighs 123.6 tons, consists of 17 panels in total, and has a height of 38 meters; the cylinder body is assembled into 4 groups on the ground before being lifted and installed in sections. After 17 days, the precast fabrication and sectional lifting of the cylinder were successfully completed. At present, all underground water supply and drainage works as well as the civil structure works for this project have been completed. The process pipelines inside and outside the furnace are currently in the prefabrication stage. Next, the project team will focus on the installation and commissioning of these process pipelines along with the electrical and instrumentation systems.
