Various heat exchange units and process equipment influence one another, turning the temperature and quality of circulating cooling water as well as its heat exchange capacity into systemic issues. This affects the performance indicators of the production process, and the frequency and duration of maintenance required for the heat exchange equipment exceed the design specifications, thereby impacting the company’s profitability. Systemic problems require systemic solutions. Through the analysis of various influencing factors, interrelationships, and related processes in the circulating cooling water system of methanol plants, it is recommended to employ artificial intelligence-based group control technology and hydraulic balance technology to systematically address the quality issues associated with circulating cooling water, thereby improving cooling efficiency and production productivity. By establishing artificial intelligence-based centralized control systems and distributed supply and distribution systems, it is possible to transform cooling water, which currently can only be supplied in one quality, into cooling water that can be provided in various temperature levels and with different cooling capacities. This improves the quality of the circulating cooling water, thereby enhancing the stability of the production process and improving the management level of the circulating cooling water system, which in turn increases corporate profitability. 2.1.3 Service period: Completion within 120 working days from the date of contract signing. 2.1.4 Location of services: Methanol plant of Xilaifeng Branch, Energy Group Coking Co., Ltd. 2.2 Others: / 3.
