For the E1 gasifier slurry return control valve: 16 pneumatic control, C-type or V-type high-pressure wear-resistant ball valves. The medium is high-pressure slurry; pipe diameter: 4 inches; pressure rating: 900 LB. Valve body material: WCB+hardened. There must be successful application records for ball valves (including V-type and C-type valves) in gasification systems with pressures of 6.5 MPa or higher, under similar operating conditions. For the E2 coal slurry feed tank flow control valve: 15 pneumatic control, C-type or V-type wear-resistant ball valves. The medium is coal slurry; design temperature: [value not specified]; design pressure: 2.2 MPA. Pipe diameter: 12 inches; pressure rating: 300 LB. Valve body material: WCB+hardened. For the saturated monohydric alcohol distillation unit’s pneumatic control valves: 44. In this tender, packages A1 to D3 relate to the boiler systems and steam main networks of the gas power platform in the park, while packages E1 and E2 pertain to the gasification and coal grinding units of the same platform.
