Since the beginning of this year, the coal chemical division of Jineng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group has implemented strategies tailored to each company and carried out efforts to identify areas for improvement. It has also brought together top industry experts and technical teams to conduct comprehensive assessments and analyses of certain chemical companies under its full control, focusing on aspects such as process technology, operational efficiency, and development plans； Fully promote a culture of accountability, identify and resolve issues promptly, and firmly establish within the department the business philosophy that places economic efficiency at the core of production ； Actively carry out a range of measures to improve quality and efficiency, such as the optimization and upgrading of smoke-free gasification technology, in order to fully unleash the group’s internal driving forces and achieve sustainable development. By the end of November 2022, the coal chemical division of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group had achieved savings and efficiency improvements worth 1.1 billion yuan in total, which was 185 million yuan more than planned, representing a 20% increase. In particular, the coal chemical sector has enhanced coal quality inspection through adjustments to the feedstock used, strictly controlled the quality of coal fed into the furnaces, adjusted the ratio of high-sulfur and low-sulfur coals used in combustion, and optimized furnace operation ； Make full use of projects such as blending coal slime into the fuel mix, using waste alcohol as fuel, implementing steam cascade utilization, generating electricity from waste heat and pressure, and reusing treated water to reduce energy consumption ； Strictly control the process, increase efforts to reuse existing materials, and reduce the consumption of spare parts. At the same time, efforts are made to improve efficiency by focusing on the market; products that meet downstream market demands are developed, more product variants are created, new materials are researched and developed, and competitive advantages through differentiation are pursued ； Actively explore surrounding markets, expand customer bases, and improve sales services; focus on quality internally, enhance the brand image externally, increase product visibility, strengthen regional brand advantages, raise market share, keep up with market trends, optimize the product portfolio, improve production coordination, and enhance the efficiency of system operations.
