Qualification requirements for bidders: 2.1 Bidders must be registered in the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal person status, as well as the right to enter into contracts independently; 2.2 Bidders must have the appropriate qualifications for the production and sales of control valves, and distributors must hold an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project; 2.3 Bidders must have completed at least 5 projects in the chemical or power industries within the past three years. 2.4 Bidders must also have good banking credit and a solid business reputation, and must not be under any orders to cease operations, have their bidding rights revoked, or have their assets seized, frozen, or result in bankruptcy. 3.
