Use of protective sleeves at the point where the electrical grounding flat bar emerges from the ground

The PVC sleeves in use have been damaged; is it feasible to use galvanized steel pipes? Are there any specifications or standard catalogs that impose strict requirements on this?
According to Clause 4.2.3 of the \"GB-50169-2016 – Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Installations in Electrical Equipment Installation Projects\", when the grounding wire passes through existing buildings or structures, a steel pipe or some other sturdy protective cover should be installed; anti-corrosion measures should also be taken in areas subject to chemical corrosion. According to this provision of the specifications, either galvanized steel pipes or PVC pipes can be used. Although it’s a bit far-fetched, no other provisions can be found in the entire standard.
It is said that using galvanized steel pipes can generate electromagnetic induction, so they cannot be used; I have not been able to find any information on this principle or relevant standards
