What is the impact of increased conversion rate in the converter on hydrogen production?

How is the hydrogen production conversion rate calculated? If the hydrogen production conversion rate increases by 1%, by how much can the hydrogen output increase? I’d like to ask for advice

The conversion rate of the hydrogen production converter is determined based on the continuous operating time of the conversion catalyst; furthermore, as per the requirements of the design institute, the methane content at the outlet of the furnace should generally be kept below 8%. 2. The methane in the converted gas needs to be fed into the converter as exhaust gas for use as fuel; if the methane content in the exhaust gas decreases. How much more gas? Have these items been accounted for? Is it economical?
