In the project of producing clean fuel oils through coal tar hydrogenation, is there still a need for systematic sulfur supplementation during operation? It’s about supplementation; what is the approximate amount of sulfur supplemented each year? (Calculated based on CS2)
Foreign catalysts generally do not require sulfur supplementation, while it is said that some domestic catalysts still need such a process; this might well be the difference~~
Dimethyldisulfide is the safest option; I know that 5 factories use it. If cost savings are a concern, sulfur can be used instead. It has a sulfur fixation system, but it’s not very effective
