I. Single-pass conversion rate in full-cycle hydrocracking: The unconverted oil at the bottom of the distillation column can be recycled and mixed with fresh feed to enter the reactor for further conversion, so that all of the feed is converted into light products with a boiling point lower than that of the initial feed. This operation mode is known as full-cycle operation. The unconverted oil from the bottom of the fractionation tower is partially recycled and mixed with fresh feed to enter the reactor for further conversion, while the other portion is discharged as tail oil from the plant; this operation mode is known as partial recycling. The full-cycle one-pass conversion rate is expressed as follows: One-pass conversion rate/% (by volume) = *100%. II. One-pass operation: The fresh raw material is converted through the reaction to a certain extent; the unconverted oil after the reaction is not returned to the reaction system, but is instead used as an ethylene feedstock, a catalytic material, lubricant, etc. This type of process is known as one-pass operation.
