For lubricating oil hydrogenation, high-temperature fractionators are used; may the safety valves of these high-temperature fractionator tanks discharge waste gas at high temperatures into the flare system? We have 0.7 and 1.4 pressure relief here. Is the safety valve not installed at the high-temperature section intended to prevent timely pressure relief?
So are your 0.7 and 1.4 emergency pressure relief systems located at the high-temperature section? If so, where does the fluid go from there?
The cold high-pressure section is equipped with emergency pressure relief systems at 0.7MPA and 2.1MPA. If safety valves are installed directly on the hot high-pressure section, there should be flow control orifice plates, but the temperature there is too high

There is no safety valve on the hot fractionator; generally, a safety valve is installed on the gas outlet pipeline of the cold fractionator.
If a safety valve must be installed, can an emergency cooler be set up?
