Before putting the heat transfer oil system into use, the oil must be boiled to remove any water and volatile components present in it； At the same time, heat transfer oil expands when heated and contracts when cooled; it is necessary to prevent the liquid level in the high-level tank from being too high or too low ； During the use of heat transfer oil, in principle, no new oil should be added to the sump ； As the temperature of the heat transfer oil drops and its viscosity decreases, it is necessary to reduce the flow rate at the pump outlet promptly to prevent overcurrent ； Different models of heat transfer oil correspond to different operating temperatures ； It is advisable to conduct viscosity and acid value analyses on the heat transfer oil every three months.
