Dear experts, which entities are qualified to design hydrogen production projects? What qualifications are required? Thank you!
Generally, any company with Class A qualifications in process package design should be able to handle it; if not, one must find a design firm that has experience with process packages – Luoyang Institute and Beijing Institute should both be capable of doing this
