In the UOP process package, the manual valves in systems operating under wet hydrogen sulfide conditions all have MONEL 400 valve cores; therefore, do the valve cores of the control valves also need to be made of MONEL 400? Are there any experts who are familiar with UOP’s diesel hydrogenation process?
