There are many such claims; it depends on what catalyst you are. Generally, it’s sufficient for the temperature to drop to 30 degrees below normal levels and to continue declining; of course, the safest range is 300 to 320 degrees.
When feeding stops, the feed rate decreases, and due to the lag in adjusting the furnace temperature, the bed temperature will certainly rise; at such times it is necessary to lower the furnace temperature.
Shut down the feed pump for a short period of time; for example, start the backup feed pump immediately within 10 minutes. What principle makes it fly? Airspeed issue?
Within 5 minutes, it seems there shouldn’t be any problems; try entering again after 10 minutes. Since the temperature hasn’t dropped, the rate of heat release when a large amount of material is fed in at high temperatures can sometimes be difficult to control. It’s best to wait until the temperature drops. You can try refining it, but it’s better not to try cracking it, as in some cases the temperature still doesn’t drop despite pressure release.
