What is the control target for the water content in the light benzene feed to the reaction system in crude benzene hydrogenation? ? The water content should be kept at a level where its absence will not cause damage to the catalyst!
Generally, it does not exceed 1000 ppm
Dehydrating crude benzene feedstock by azeotropic distillation to below 50 ppmwt should be relatively easy to achieve.
