Sulfur is also known as sulfur, colloidal sulfur, or sulfur lump. It appears as pale yellow, brittle crystals or powder, with a distinctive odor. The molecular weight is 32.06, the vapor pressure is 0.13 kPa, the flash point is 207°C, the melting point is 119°C, the boiling point is 444.6°C, and the relative density (water = 1) is 2.0. Sulfur is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, and readily soluble in carbon disulfide. Uses of sulfur: As a flammable solid, sulfur is primarily used in the production of dyes, pesticides, matches, **, rubber, rayon, and other products. Equipment selection: Sulfur burns in air, producing a blue flame and sulfur dioxide; when mixed with air or oxidizers, the powder can easily catch fire or even explode. Based on the properties of the material, an inert gas shielded high-efficiency impact mill is selected. Applicable model: ZJ-DBC series. Working principle: The inert gas-protected high-efficiency impact grinder is a device designed specifically for materials that are flammable, explosive, or prone to oxidation. It is developed by building upon conventional high-efficiency impact grinders and vertical turbine high-precision classifiers, and by altering the composition of the airflow as well as the air inlet and outlet pipelines of the equipment, in order to improve its sealing performance. The entire system of the equipment uses inert gas as the fluid working medium. The complete set of equipment consists of an inert gas supply source, an oxygen content tester, an air intake pipeline system, a closed-system feeding system, a vertical turbine classifier, an exhaust fan, a sealed displacement-type discharge valve, an anti-static pulse reverse-air dust collector, and an inert gas replenishment device. The outlet of the exhaust fan is connected to the air inlet of the high-efficiency impact mill, thereby creating a closed-loop system for inert gas circulation. Performance features: The entire production line operates in a fully enclosed negative-pressure cycle system, controlled by PLC programming to minimize human intervention and control factors. The control cabinet can be placed in a separate control room at a distance, automatic packaging machines are used for packaging the products, and monitoring sensors are employed for on-site observation, allowing for completely unmanned operation. Equipment composition: The ZJ series inert gas-protected pneumatic grinding and classification machine is used for grinding flammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials; it employs inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide as a medium to achieve closed-loop grinding. It consists of a nitrogen compression system, a nitrogen filtration system, a grinding system, a classification system, a collection system, a loading/unloading system, a nitrogen purity testing and supplementation system, a nitrogen production system, and an electrical control system. It is widely used in the processing of metal powders, oxidizable materials, and flammable and explosive substances. Coal chemical technology
