The company uses wet desulfurization; the resulting waste has a strong odor during later processing, and the quality of the product is relatively low. Are there any ways to address the odor problem and the issue with product quality? You can also message me privately! :)

Granulation room? Still near the liquid sulfur tank? III. By product grade, do you mean the moisture content as well as the levels of sulfur, arsenic, and iron?
1 It’s mainly the smell of the flow cell; 2 it’s currently at an industrial level, and efforts are being made to raise it to a food-grade standard!
1. The odor in liquid sulfur tanks is generally addressed using cyclic degassing methods, but it’s impossible to eliminate it completely. 2. I’m not familiar with the standards for food-grade products as you mentioned, but industrial-grade products can meet higher standards through technical improvements and production adjustments.

1. Just find a design firm to design a circulation degassing or bubbling degassing system for your liquid sulfur tank. That’s all there is to it. 2. Regarding the issue of poor sulfur quality, you need to find the causes: high content of acidic hydrocarbons, a low gas-to-air ratio, poor mixing efficiency in the burner, and high carbon content in liquid sulfur. The furnace temperature is low, and the organic content in liquid sulfur is high. The poor quality of your liquid sulfur is related to the lack of a degassing system.
The sulfur paste produced by wet desulfurization has a relatively high content of impurities, and the method for purifying it is to remelt the sulfur. Liquid sulfur has a high density; it is shaped after the sulfur slag is separated. But there’s no hope of achieving food-grade standards.
