The recovery process of R23 is generally that the gas from the top of the HC separation tower is washed with water (falling film absorption to produce acid), alkali washed, and dried, then enters the gas compressor to boost pressure, and then enters the distillation tower after being cooled. The most important point in the process is to ensure the pressure of the buffer tank in front of the gas compressor, so a compressed gas replenishment buffer tank is set up. If the amount of organic phase material in front is small, the replenishment valve opening is large, resulting in a reduction in the amount of material entering the rectification tower. When the cooling capacity is constant, the reflux temperature decreases. In fact, it can be solved by adding an intermediate tank in front of the distillation tower and using a pump to stably feed the distillation tower, but it requires investment in equipment, pumps, instruments, etc. and power consumption.
