Compliant disposal of R-22 in factories

As the title suggests, the factory has around 15 tons of product R-22 left there for some reason; it doesn’t have any equipment for burning this material, and now there are no ways to return it either. What should be done? 1. R-22 is in the storage tank; there is no refrigerant ； 2. How to extract R-22, and what is the treatment method? Without involving hazardous waste, are there any other ways to handle this? I earnestly ask fellow sailors to suggest a compliant method; thank you!
Specific location? Based on the quality of R22, it can be supplied to the refrigerators of nearby chemical enterprises as R22 or fluorinated compounds for use as raw materials in production
This is a refrigerant; it could be considered for use by refrigeration companies
It can be filled into cylinders or tank trucks for use by refrigerant companies or foam manufacturing firms
Compression process; no refrigerant is used, and 22 in the storage tank is in a gaseous state. It needs to be compressed and cooled to a liquid state before it can be reassembled
Where is the location of the item posted by the original poster? It’s not cost-effective to park a car that far away.
