This historical problem has remained unsolved; especially in the summers when temperatures rise and humidity increases, the occurrence of macular issues significantly increases. Personal analysis of possible reasons: The water content in the tetrafluoro monomer is higher than usual ; The purity of the tetrafluoro monomer decreases after distillation due to external temperatures. Polymerization-related issue (it’s possible that some of the polymers formed are too small, which can easily lead to premature sintering during the sintering process.
