Recently, after nearly four months of intensive and orderly construction work, the land grading for the 600-mu area in the core zone of the Fushun Chenguang Chemical Industrial Park has been largely completed. Today, when one enters the park and looks around, the former hillside areas have been transformed into flat, open construction sites, with construction vehicles carrying out the final finishing work. With the completion of this key infrastructure project, the park has fully entered a new phase of actual project construction, laying a solid foundation for the emergence of a new hub for the chemical industry in the southwest region. It is understood that the Chenguang Chemical Industrial Park has successfully secured contracts for 5 major chemical industry projects, with a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan, including several key projects worth over 3 billion yuan each. The signed projects cover industrial sectors such as new lithium battery materials, fluorine-containing fine chemicals, and flavors and fragrances. They feature a high industrial level and strong driving power, thus injecting robust momentum into the high-quality development of the park. As planned, the first batch of 4 industrial projects in the park will commence construction successively from the end of March to April, including a lithium resource recycling project, a production base for fluorine-containing pharmaceutical intermediates, a project for fragrance, flavoring, and functional ingredients for cosmetics, and an integrated silicon-based new materials industry chain project. At present, the layout design review for the lithium resource recycling project has been completed, with construction set to begin officially by the end of March ； The fluorine-containing pharmaceutical intermediate project is accelerating preliminary work such as environmental impact assessments and safety evaluations, with full construction set to begin in April. The implementation of the first batch of projects marks the official transition of the Chenguang Chemical Industrial Park from the \"infrastructure construction phase\" to the \"industrial project development phase\". The implementation of these projects will inject strong momentum into the economic development of Fushun County.
