Boron trifluoride can be used as a semiconductor material, a high-energy fuel for rockets, a catalyst in organic synthesis, a raw material for the separation of boron isotopes, a reagent in chemical synthesis, an antioxidant for metal alloys, and a curing agent for epoxy resins. High-purity boron trifluoride can be used in the semiconductor industry for applications such as doping, ion implantation, oxidation diffusion, plasma etching, and silicon/germanium epitaxial growth. Doping is one of the important application areas of boron trifluoride; it is a commonly used boron-doped product that can enhance the electrical properties of silicon wafers, and is primarily used in the production of P-type semiconductors. The project is currently in the trial production phase, and we are sincerely seeking partners.
