Recently, Jiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project for producing 1,000 T of battery-grade lithium fluoride, 300 T of high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500 T of lithium phosphate per year requires an environmental impact assessment in accordance with the law. In line with the relevant regulations set forth by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment regarding public participation in environmental assessments, the information related to this environmental impact assessment is now being made public. Project Overview Project Name: Project for annual production of 1,000 T of battery-grade lithium fluoride, 300 T of high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500 T of lithium phosphate. Constructor: Jiangsu Chuangke New Materials Co., Ltd ； Construction location: Within the existing factory area in Plot E1 of Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Park ； Total investment: 30 million yuan ； Construction details: Advanced lithium fluoride production process: High-purity water is pumped into the carbonization tank, stirring is started, lithium carbonate is added, followed by the introduction of carbon dioxide. After the mixture becomes clear, lithium bicarbonate is filtered through two stages before being sent to a temporary storage tank ； After reacting in the reactor, it enters the dryer, and then samples are taken for packaging ； Process for battery-grade lithium fluoride and lithium phosphate: First, a reaction mixture is synthesized in a reactor; then the mixture is pumped into a centrifuge for solid-liquid separation. The solids are sent to a dryer, and after drying, lithium fluoride and lithium phosphate are cooled and packaged. Upon reaching full production capacity, it will be possible to produce 1,000 tons of battery-grade lithium fluoride, 300 tons of high-purity lithium fluoride, and 500 tons of lithium phosphate per year.
