Juhua Co., Ltd.’s 100-ton/year HFO-1234yf pilot project approved 2025-11-18 On November 13, the Quzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau granted preliminary approval to the environmental impact assessment report for Zhejiang Quhua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.’s pilot project for synthesizing YF products using Route T, and made the relevant information public. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Pilot project for synthesizing YF products using Route T at Zhejiang Quhua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. Location: Within the existing premises of Zhejiang Quhua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. in the High-Tech Zone of Quzhou Manufacturing New City, Zhejiang. Project investment: 34.3987 million yuan. Project nature: Renovation and expansion. Construction activities include purchasing equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, distillation towers, and pumps, in order to build a pilot plant capable of producing 100 tons of HFO-1234yf per year, as well as supporting facilities, in order to test the synthesis process for YF products.
