Juhua Group’s 4,000-ton/year TFE-based high-end fine products upgrade project completed 2025-08-27 On August 22, the environmental protection inspection results for Jezhe Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.’s 4,000-ton/year TFE-based high-end fine products upgrade project were made public. The basic information of the project is as follows: Actual investment: 71.5724 million yuan. Construction location: High-tech Park, Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City ； Construction unit: Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd ； Construction nature: Renovation ； Construction content and scale: The company currently has a 400 t/a production facility for tetrafluoropropyl alcohol (TFP) and a 400 t/a production facility for tetrafluoroethyl methyl ether (HFE-254). The technical upgrade has resulted in the construction of a new production line for 3200 t/a of HFE hydrofluoroether products, raising the total capacity for high-value products to 4000 t/a. This project mainly adds 800 t/a of tetrafluoroethylmethyl ether (HFE-254), 400 t/a of tetrafluoroethyltetrafluoropropyl ether (D2), 1500 t/a of tetrafluoroethyltrifluoropropyl ether (D3), and 500 t/a of tetrafluoroethyloctafluoropentyl ether (D4); it also enables flexible production of 400 t/a of tetrafluoropropanol (TFP) and 450 t/a of octafluoropentanol (N2) as by-products. Operation status: The project commenced construction in November 2023, was completed in May 2024, and trial production began in August 2024. Acceptance conclusion: The scope of this acceptance covers the technical renovation project for high-end fine products based on TFE, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons, carried out by Zhejiang Jusheng Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. The project has complete environmental protection procedures and all necessary technical documents; the actual construction matches the plans outlined in the environmental impact assessment. This is a comprehensive acceptance of the project, and it is approved that the project passes the environmental protection inspection upon completion.
