Haohua Technology transferred the Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute to Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd

100% of the shares in Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Zhonghao Chenguang) have been transferred to the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Blue Sky). Recently, Haohua Technology announced that, in order to accelerate the deep integration of its fluorine-based business operations, it plans to transfer 100% of the shares in Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Zhonghao Chenguang) to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinochem Blue Sky Group Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Blue Sky). Following this transfer, Sinochem Blue Sky will hold 100% of the equity in Zhonghao Chenguang, making Zhonghao Chenguang a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinochem Blue Sky. Haohua Technology stated that once this transfer is completed, it will help the company further promote business integration and coordinated development, improve operational efficiency, and enhance its market competitiveness.
