The commissioning of the Kener New Materials project represents not only a breakthrough in speed but also an improvement in quality. Phase 1 of the project includes production facilities, Class A and B tank areas, Class E tank areas, various types of warehouses, as well as supporting infrastructure for utilities and environmental protection measures. The investment in environmental protection accounts for over 6%; by leveraging the biomass gasification cogeneration technology available in the park, green energy can be used as a substitute, thereby achieving true \"green production\". “Our products such as high dielectric constant electronic fluorination fluids have broken the foreign technological monopoly and filled the gap in the domestic market for high-end fluorine chemical materials. Once the project reaches full production capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of over 600 million yuan and create employment for more than 200 people. It will provide crucial support for the transformation of the Shunchang fluorine chemical industry cluster toward higher-end and more intelligent development. ”said Wu Ziliang, general manager of Fujian Kener New Materials Co., Ltd. It is understood that once completed, the project will be able to produce 10,000 tons of environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agents and 8,000 tons of electronic fluorinated cooling fluids per year. Leveraging 10 proprietary invention patents as well as Corning’s microchannel reaction technology, the project achieves fully automated production throughout the entire process. In the first phase, it is capable of producing products such as hexafluoropropylene oligomers and perfluorohexanone; in the second phase, high-end products like electronic fluorinated cooling fluids will be added for use in data centers, electronics manufacturing, and other fields.
