Zhongxin Fluorine Materials increases production capacity for new materials such as BPEF

On February 6, Zhejiang Zhongxin Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongxin Fluorine Materials”) issued a announcement stating that its application to issue shares to specific investors through a simplified procedure for the year 2025 had been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Based on the results of the bidding process for this issuance, the company will raise a total of 186 million yuan in funds; after deducting related issuance costs, these funds are planned to be used for the construction of facilities capable of producing 2,000 tons per year of BPEF (C₂₉H₂₆O₄, a highly stable new type of organic chemical material), 500 tons per year of BPF (C₂₅H₁₈O₂, a high-performance material useful in the production of electronic devices), and 1,000 tons per year of 9-fluorenone (C₁₃H₈O, a material used in the manufacture of photosensitive materials). The funds will also be used to replenish the company’s working capital. The projects funded by this raise are closely aligned with Zhongxin Fluorine Materials’ core business and are primarily applied in the field of new materials. In the prospectus for the private placement (registered version), Zhongxin Fluorine Materials stated that the implementation of the aforementioned projects will help it to further leverage its strengths in its core business, diversify its product portfolio, strengthen and expand its influence in the industry, improve its overall profitability, and achieve long-term development.
