One of the team leaders from the construction company has very good relationships with several of our project managers, which puts us in a very awkward situation – we feel embarrassed and humiliated. We are forced to follow the orders of that team leader, being directed around like puppets
It shows that the team leader is very capable
In my opinion, he’s quite average; it’s our internal conflicts that are too severe. He’s skillful and cunning at finding loopholes
Being skillful in handling situations – that’s what makes them so great
It’s okay if the relationship is good; what really matters is doing the job well. Otherwise, humph
