Hello everyone, my company is currently working on a project to upgrade the water treatment facility of a refining plant; the capacity of this facility will be 3,000 units per day after the upgrade. What procedures are required before starting this project officially? (I’ve gotten a general idea now; some things require registration while others need approval. I’m not quite clear about the differences between them. Are there any other authorizations needed in addition to these?) ) What materials are generally required for registration? I hope you will kindly offer your advice; thank you in advance!
Application for a water intake permit I. Regarding project commencement: Project commencement report, submission for approval of the construction organization plan, quality management inspection form for the construction site, form for reporting equipment arriving at the site, authorization letter for sample collection, and records of site positioning and layout. II. Construction process: Material submission forms, witness sampling records, earth excavation, earth backfilling, surveying and setting out records, steel bar processing, steel bar installation, formwork installation, formwork removal, steel bar concealment records, concrete pouring application forms, concrete construction inspection batches, and records of the external dimensions of cast-in-place structures. III. Acceptance phase: There are three main forms, namely the safety and functionality inspection form, the control document verification form, and the visual quality assessment form; in addition, there are forms for the acceptance of individual construction tasks, as well as forms for assessing concrete strength and mortar strength.
