The requirements regarding the quality assurance system for filling are outlined in Appendix B, where it is specified that \"procedures for analyzing the medium inside the mobile pressure vessels and checking the residual pressure\" must be established. My colleagues, how should this analysis of the medium inside the vessels be carried out? Is it necessary to conduct chemical analysis each time to determine the nature of the medium, or can it be determined merely by examining the vehicle’s registration documents?
