What does “polyethylene 22 line operating in dry condition” mean? What does “dry operation” mean?

The scheduling log indicates that \"Polyethylene Line 22 is operating in dry mode\" – I’m not sure what this means. I would appreciate it if someone could explain it in detail. Thank you!
There is only dry-state maintenance for boilers; there is no such thing as dry-state operation of boilers. Dry state means that there is no water in the boiler.
Polyethylene exists in a condensed state and a non-condensed state; the non-condensed state is generally referred to as the dry state.
