Tailored control measures are implemented based on the characteristics of different grade products, with specific indicators established for each grade. At the same time, the energy balance of the solvent system is optimized to increase the temperature at which solvents are extracted, thereby effectively reducing steam consumption. While maintaining strict quality standards, it reduces the mixing time of the adhesive solution, improves the operational efficiency of the equipment, and helps to achieve a steady increase in production capacity.
