How to summarize production data to serve future production phases, and to conduct regular comprehensive evaluations of production, is an essential step that links the past with the future; how should data be utilized? How to calculate and analyze? Evaluating and drawing conclusions require actuarial tools.
Performance evaluation refers to the quantitative calculation or conclusive assessment of efficiency indicators such as the quality of the results or the progress of a task carried out by a certain thing or system, its level of effectiveness, and its overall condition. It is widely used in **, research, and the manufacturing industry, and can also be employed to evaluate certain plans or projects. Reports on effective performance evaluation can be found in mechanical manufacturing and **related fields, as well as for the role of effective performance evaluators; however, no such reports exist in chemical companies. The basis for efficiency evaluation is to take into account the characteristics of chemical production, and to analyze data related to the ratios of material balance and production management parameters to output levels. This enables continuous assessment of production processes, the identification of new issues that arise, and ongoing improvements in production efficiency. Using teams as the basic unit, and the time periods between shifts as key points, efficiency data (the ratio of team management parameters to production output) is analyzed using the \"sequential comparison method.\" Vertical comparisons are conducted, as well as regular horizontal comparisons among teams, in order to share best practices and further enhance efficiency.
